A variation on [link] without the syringe. May suit some people better because theres more space.

Edited to clean up the weirdness on the base of the bottle and get a print version out. Render time was 1 hour 15 mins for this and 17 hours 23 mins at print res.

Modeled & rendered in Cinema4D. Full version is 1920x1200, available via download link.
