Just a quick pic cos i havent uploaded anything in a while. Might do some others related to other games.

Modelled & Rendered in Cinema4D, tagged in Photoshop.
Full version is 1920x1200 pixels and is available via the download link.

Edit: Almost redid the entire thing in an attempt to get the highlights rendered properly for a print size. Also cleaned up the metal to make it a bit more realistic in its shininess.

Render time was about 35 mins at this size and 2.5 hours at print res.

HelicaseHelio and I were always sitting on the stairs, chatting about the lamina and occasionally making snide remarks about ribosomes. There wasn't much for us to do. Our job was to simply be, and let the RNA scribble down the letters on our foreheads when they came around every once in a while. Helio was a G, I was a C. It wasn't exactly fulfilling, I suppose. There wasn't much to be filled. So to pass the time, we talked.
